Sec. 9-1. State
uniform traffic control regulations adopted by reference.
Chapter 316,
State Uniform Traffic Control, is hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. No. 49, §

Sec. 9-2. Violation;
penalty.
Violations of
any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to
exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a period not to
exceed sixty (60) days or both at the discretion of the municipal judge. (Ord. No. 49,
