[1] Note – The previous Chapter 8, entitled SIGNS, BILLBOARDS AND AWNINGS, was repealed by Ordinance No 160, Section 1, adopted 01-24-1990. The provisions of said previous Chapter 8 were moved to Chapter 12, LAND DEVELOPMENT AND ZONING, Division 6.
